Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AlgoTrips platform, including the website at algotrips.com and any related applications, dashboards, and interfaces (together, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Epic Escapes LLP. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or making a booking through it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About us

AlgoTrips is a brand and trading name of Epic Escapes LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in India and registered in Delhi. Epic Escapes LLP holds GSTIN 07AALFE3957H1Z5 (State code 07 — Delhi).

References in these Terms to “AlgoTrips”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Epic Escapes LLP. References to “you” or “your” mean the registered travel agent, travel agency, or advisor that holds an account on the Platform, together with any individual who uses the Platform under that account.

You can reach us at support@algotrips.com or on the details listed on our Contact Us page.

2. Eligibility and account registration

AlgoTrips is a business-to-business (B2B) platform intended solely for registered travel agents, travel agencies, and travel advisors acting in the course of their business. It is not intended for use by consumers booking their own leisure travel. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are authorised to bind the agency you represent, and that you will use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.

Account registration requires accurate business details. Depending on the services you wish to access, we may ask for verification information such as your agency name and address, GST registration number (GSTIN), PAN, identity or business documents, and contact details for an authorised person. You must keep this information current and correct.

Every new registration is subject to review and approval by AlgoTrips before the account is activated. We may refuse, delay, or revoke approval at our discretion, including where verification information is incomplete, cannot be validated, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Verification checks may be performed through third-party verification providers.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share credentials with anyone outside your agency. Tell us immediately at support@algotrips.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3. The services we provide

The Platform lets you, as a registered travel advisor:

  • build and customise multi-city travel itineraries and day plans for your customers;
  • search and book flights, hotels and accommodation, activities and experiences, and airport and inter-city transfers;
  • generate quotations, proposals, and shareable itinerary documents for your customers under your own agency branding, where that feature is enabled; and
  • manage bookings, vouchers, invoices, and payments from a single dashboard.

AlgoTrips acts as a technology platform and booking intermediary. The underlying travel products — flights, hotel stays, activities, and transfers — are supplied and performed by independent third-party suppliers, airlines, hotels, activity operators, transport providers, and consolidators. Their own booking conditions, fare rules, check-in and identification requirements, baggage rules, and cancellation terms apply to every booking in addition to these Terms. We do not own, operate, or control those suppliers and we are not a co-provider of the travel services themselves.

Search results, availability, itinerary suggestions, and prices are generated from supplier data and automated tools and are indicative until a booking is confirmed by the supplier. Availability can change between search and confirmation. Some itinerary content is produced with the help of automated systems, and while we work hard to keep it accurate and useful, you should review it before sharing it with your customer.

4. Pricing and payments

All prices on the Platform are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless clearly stated otherwise. The total amount payable, including applicable taxes, supplier charges, and any platform or convenience fees, is displayed to you before you confirm a booking and before you are taken to payment. No charge is made without that confirmation step.

Prices are dynamic and can change until a booking is confirmed. If the supplier price changes between the time you build an itinerary and the time you pay, the Platform will re-price the booking and show you the revised amount for your acceptance before charging you. Any margin or mark-up you configure for your own customers is your commercial decision and your responsibility.

Payments are collected through third-party payment aggregators and gateways authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. Card, UPI, net-banking, and similar payment credentials are entered on and processed by the payment aggregator — AlgoTrips does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. The payment aggregator’s own terms apply to the payment transaction.

You may also maintain a prepaid wallet on the Platform. The wallet can be topped up through the supported payment methods, including bank transfer, and the balance can be used to pay for bookings. Wallet balances are held as a refundable advance against future bookings, do not earn interest, and are not a deposit or a banking service. Every wallet credit and debit is recorded in a ledger you can view from your account. Refund treatment of wallet balances is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Where applicable, we issue a GST-compliant tax invoice for amounts payable to Epic Escapes LLP. To receive input credit you must provide correct GST details on your account before the transaction; we cannot re-issue invoices to correct details supplied after the fact beyond what the law permits. You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including any tax collected or payable on the amounts you charge your customers.

5. Customers outside India

If you are outside India, your subscription or plan purchase is sold to you by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which is the seller of record for that transaction, collects the payment in your currency, and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. Dodo Payments’ own terms apply to the payment itself. AlgoTrips remains responsible for the service you receive.

Agent subscription: US$29 per month, billed monthly, unlimited itineraries, cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. The first charge is refundable if you request it within 14 days.

Traveler plan: US$9 per trip plan, a one-time purchase that unlocks the full day-by-day plan with live prices, the PDF and the booking link for that trip. It is refundable if we could not produce the plan or the plan is materially broken; request it within 7 days of purchase.

Prices shown in a currency other than Indian rupees on our pages are approximate conversions for your convenience. The amount charged is the US dollar price shown at checkout.

Bookings outside our supplier reach: outside India the platform provides planning and pricing. Where a flight, hotel or activity cannot be booked through AlgoTrips, the plan may carry a link to a partner where you book directly under that partner’s terms. AlgoTrips is not a party to those bookings.

Availability: international sign-up is currently offered in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. We may extend or withdraw availability by country.

These terms are governed by the laws of India as stated below. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes protections that the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks

Cancellation and refund eligibility for every booking is governed by the fare rules and cancellation terms of the relevant supplier, as shown at the time of booking, together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Many travel products are non-refundable or carry supplier cancellation charges; please read the terms shown before you pay.

Cancellation requests can be made through the booking management pages of the Platform or by emailing support@algotrips.com with the booking reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or to your AlgoTrips wallet, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Where a refund depends on the supplier or airline releasing funds to us, the timeline also depends on that supplier.

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback), please contact us first — most disputes are resolved faster directly. Where a chargeback is raised, we will provide the payment aggregator and the issuing bank with the booking records, confirmations, and transaction evidence relating to the charge. We may suspend the account and hold or set off any pending refunds, wallet balance, or payouts while a dispute is being investigated. If a chargeback is decided in our favour, or if a chargeback is raised for a booking that was in fact delivered, the disputed amount together with any fee levied on us remains payable by you.

7. Your obligations and prohibited use

You agree that you will:

  • provide accurate, complete traveller information — names as they appear on the travel document, dates of birth, contact details, and any document details required by an airline, hotel, or immigration authority;
  • hold the necessary authority and consent from your customers to share their personal data with us and, through us, with the suppliers needed to fulfil the booking;
  • communicate the applicable supplier terms, fare rules, and cancellation conditions to your customers before they commit to a booking; and
  • comply with all applicable laws, including travel, exchange-control, tax, and data-protection laws.

You must not:

  • use the Platform for any fraudulent, speculative, or unlawful booking, or to make bookings you do not intend to honour;
  • use stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments, or engage in money laundering or the circumvention of any sanction or control;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure; or interfere with its normal operation;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract content, prices, or inventory from the Platform, or use automated means to place load on it, without our prior written consent;
  • resell, sublicense, or make the Platform available to any third party as a service other than to your own customers in the ordinary course of your travel business; or
  • misrepresent your identity, your agency, or your relationship with AlgoTrips, or hold yourself out as an agent or employee of Epic Escapes LLP.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform and everything in it — software, source code, design, interfaces, text, itinerary templates, generated day plans, databases, and the AlgoTrips name and logo — is owned by Epic Escapes LLP or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. Supplier content, hotel and activity imagery, and airline marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform, and to reproduce the itineraries and quotations you generate, solely for servicing your own customers. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Platform, or remove any proprietary notices, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Any feedback or suggestions you give us about the Platform may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies in supplier-sourced data.

Because the travel services are delivered by independent third-party suppliers, we are not responsible for their acts or omissions, including flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, denied boarding, hotel or activity service standards, supplier insolvency, or refusal of entry by an immigration or border authority. We are also not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, civil unrest, epidemics, government action, and failures of telecommunications, payment, or supplier systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a booking or to the Platform is limited to the amount of the platform fees and margin actually received and retained by us in respect of the booking that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epic Escapes LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, penalty, or reasonable expense (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Platform; your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law; any inaccurate or unauthorised traveller data you submit; any dispute between you and your customer; any tax, fee, or charge you were required to collect or pay; or any fraudulent or unauthorised transaction made through your account.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to support@algotrips.com. Closure does not affect bookings already made, which remain subject to the relevant supplier terms, or amounts already due.

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, with or without notice where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully, that verification information is false or cannot be validated, that a payment or chargeback risk requires it, or where we are required to do so by law or by a supplier or payment partner. Where practicable we will tell you why and give you a chance to put things right.

On termination, your licence to use the Platform ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — continue to apply. Any unused wallet balance will be refunded to the source account in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, less any amount lawfully owed to us.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of India. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.

Before commencing proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by discussion, beginning with a written notice to the other party describing the dispute and the outcome sought.

13. Grievance redressal and contact

If you have a complaint about the Platform, a booking, a payment, or a refund, write to us at support@algotrips.com with your account details, the booking reference, and a description of the issue.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve them within 15 days. Where a resolution depends on an airline, hotel, activity operator, or payment partner, we will keep you updated on progress and share the supplier’s response as soon as we have it.

Complaints or questions specifically about personal data are handled by our Grievance Officer, whose details are published in our Privacy Policy. Other ways to reach us are listed on our Contact Us page. Operator: Epic Escapes LLP, Delhi, India (GSTIN 07AALFE3957H1Z5).

14. Your responsibilities for traveller data

When you enter your customers’ personal data, you are responsible for having the right to share it for the booking. We process it to fulfil the booking and share it with the suppliers required to deliver it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Product analytics

While you are signed in, we collect usage analytics — the pages you visit, the features you use, and session recordings in which anything you type is masked — as part of providing and improving the service. Visitors who are not signed in are measured only where they have allowed it through our cookie banner.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, in supplier or payment-partner requirements, or in the law. The current version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Where a change is material, we will give reasonable notice by email or through the Platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. The version of these Terms in force at the time of a booking governs that booking.
